Keep
a notebook with 4 sections:
1.
Journal - record response
to readings as well as life events and observations
2.
Develop principles for leadership that you could adopt in your life
and apply in your work. List as many principles of good leadership practices as
you can identify. As we discuss various theories of leadership, various
principles of good management practices will emerge. Include those you feel are
helpful or useful.
3.
Individual Assessment Exercises such as those at the end of each
chapter and any others assigned in class and your response to the results of
these exercises; insights, reactions, etc.
4.
Assessment of group experiences and activities, the contributions
of individual group members
